The Holiday Village benefits from having a residential Park Management Team on hand, and extra peace of mind through having an Agreement which closely mirrors the Mobile Homes Act 1983 (which applies to Park Homes on fully residential sites), except for a 52-week holiday use clause.

Your Agreement gives excellent security of tenure and details rights and responsibilities clearly. Our Parks belong to the Industry’s main Trade Body – the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA). This is an important indicator of a professional approach to Park Management. 10 Year Warranty: A ten year manufacturer’s structural insurance backed warranty is offered in conjunction with Tingdene Homes to give you added peace of mind.
